Leadership Team
Michael Ladi
Michael has held several managing positions across the globe.
Main competencies are leadership, operations, process and organizational improvements, project management, lean Six Sigma, supplier integration, and business development.
He ran multiple improvement initiatives and recovery projects with multinational corporations in the aerospace, defense and automotive industry.
He also was with a technology start-up and built-up operations at locations in the US and Europe.
As a native German living and working in the USA since 2011, Michael strives to combine best practices from both worlds.
Tanja Pleis
Tanja served as a HR manager, team developer, management adviser, coach and trainer for several international companies.
Her focus is the development and implementation of HR strategies, team enablement, change management, and staff trainings.
She executed multiple projects in the retail and service industry as well as for IT solutions companies and automotive supplier in Europe and the USA.
In addition Tanja offers personal brand management services.
Originating from Germany and US resident since 2012, Tanja provides a multi-cultural background.
